Worlds End Studios hosts a thriving community of over 100 independent businesses, from virtual to fully serviced offices.
The Studios are situated at 132-134 Lots Road. Originally a factory, it has been converted into an award-winning building totalling around 25,000 ft 2 of offices, studios and showrooms, all set around quiet galleried courtyards and providing you with an environment that’s both contemporary and characterful.

Transport / Connectivity
Imperial Wharf Overground Station (with direct routes to the south via Clapham Junction or to the north via Shepherds Bush and onto Willesden Junction) is just 5 minutes’ walk away and Fulham Broadway Tube Station (connecting you to Earl’s Court and Piccadilly Line) is 12 minutes’ walk. We have the C3 bus route directly outside and No. 14, 22 & 11, close by and it is only a short walk to the famed King’s Road and Chelsea’s Design Quarter.
