Reception
|
Reception operates between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 6pm on Fridays. Visitors can wait comfortably while the receptionist announces their arrival. We provide newspapers and periodicals. |

Mail
and Couriers
|
Reception distributes post to each licensee's mailbox every morning and mail is collected from reception at around 5pm Monday to Friday. Special Delivery & Signed For services can be collected by the Royal Mail from reception. We provide a franking machine & can organise courier collections.. |

Service
Bills
|
We produce an invoice at the end of each month for telephone and services (photocopying, fax machine, franking, courier, stationery, and conference room). |
|
Telephones
|
We have an in-house telephone system with an answering service for forwarding calls and taking messages in your own company name. Digital handsets provide voicemail connection and call diversion to another telephone number. |
|
Internet
Access and IT Support
|
The building is provided with extensive Cat5 cabling. This can be used for telephone, computer, LAN and internet access. We provide constant broadband access for Internet and email use at a cost starting from £35 per PC per month (see telephone and internet costs). We have an IT consultant who is available to provide IT support at an hourly charge. |

Photocopier
and Fax
|
Two photocopying machines are provided at a cost of 10p for an A4 sheet and 20p for an A3 sheet in black & white, 50p for A4 and ?1 forA3 in colour. Handling costs for all faxes are charged at £1.00. Outgoing faxes can be sent from reception at a cost of £1.00 for national calls,£2.00 for European destinations, and £2.50 other parts of the world. Incoming faxes cost 20p each. |

Conference
Rooms
|
We have 2 conference rooms on the first floor. One has a capacity for 6 people, the other for 8 people boardroom style or 18 arranged in theatre style. These rooms can then be opened into a 30 capacity theatre-style room with projection screen. They are charged at £10 per hour for the small rooms and £15 for the large room. There are casual seating areas around reception at both ground and first floors and also seating in all three courtyards for the use of all licensees. |

Maintenance
|
Worlds End Studios provide in-house maintenance via the Manager. We have a daily rubbish removal service, the windows are cleaned every month on the outside and your office cleaned once a week. |
|
Insurance
|
Building insurance is provided by Worlds End Studios, but you must provide your own contents insurance. |
|
Access
and Security
|
Access is available to the building 24 hours a day with the payment of a deposit for entry tags. Out of hours, the main gates are kept locked. Alarm systems are installed in most units |
|
Kitchen
|
Two kitchens are located on the first floor and catering facilities can be arranged in advance through the cafe. Paper cups, utensils, milk, microwave ovens and a water dispenser are available for everyone's use. |
|
Parking
|
Parking meters are in plentiful supply along both sections of Lots Road. Chelsea Harbour provides parking for up to 48 hours. There is a free motorbike bay on Tetcott Road. Motorbikes and cars are not permitted in the courtyards. |

Parties
|
Each year we arrange two parties for the building, one in the summer for everyone's clients and friends and another at Christmas, which Worlds End Studios holds for those in the building. |
