At Worlds End Studios we do all we can to respect your right to privacy and the protection of your personal information. In order to work with you however we do require your contact details. This notice sets out a summary of what we do with your information in order to run our business and provide our clients with products and services.

We collect and process various categories of personal information, including basic information such as name and contact details such as email and telephone number, and if you are a signatory for your company a copy of your identity documents.

Most of your information will have been provide to us by you (or your boss) or created through the use of our products and services.

We do not keep your data for longer than we need to, which is usually up to 7 years after your relationship with the Studios ends, unless we are required to keep it longer (for example due to a court order or investigation by law enforcement agencies or regulators).

The Data We Collect About You

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

Contact Data means the data we use to contact you including your billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number.

Financial Data means the data we use to process your payments for your services. This includes the details of your Direct Debits set up with both Worlds End Studios Limited and 134 Lots Road Partnership.

Transaction Data means details about transactions you have made with us including the payments to and from you along with other details of products and services we have provided to you.

Technical Data means details about the device(s) you use to access our internet network including your internet protocol (IP) address, and other technology on the devices you use to access our internet so we can help troubleshoot if there is a problem with the connection.

Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.

We also collect, use and share aggregated and/or anonymised data (“Aggregated Data”) from our Website such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. If You Fail To Provide Personal Data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, where you do not provide suitable contact details to provide you with the services required). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify us if this is the case at the time.
