Reception
 During opening hours, we provide a newspaper and some periodicals with seating for visitors in reception. Our receptionists advise you of visitor's arrival, courier deliveries and collections.
Mail Drop Service and Couriers
 We will receive and store your post at a monthly cost of £50. Post can either be collected by yourselves or forwarded on to you on provision of address labels.
Telephone Service
 We provide a telephone service in your own company name at a cost of £55 per month. Calls route to your specified number out of hours. We have telephone engineers who maintain the telephone system.
Photocopier

A photocopier is provided at a cost of 10p for an A4 sheet and 20p for an A3 sheet black & white, 50p A4 and £1 A3 colour
Fax
 Handling costs for all faxes will be charged at £1.00. Outgoing faxes can be sent from reception at a cost of £1.00 for national calls, £2.00 for European destinations, £2.50 other parts of the world. Incoming faxes cost 20p each. We offer a service at a cost of £50 p.a. that excludes handling charges.
Conference Rooms and Meeting Areas
 We have 2 conference rooms on the first floor. One has a capacity for 6 people, the other for 8 people boardroom style or 18 arranged in theatre style. These rooms can then be opened into a 30 capacity theatre-style room with projection screen. They are charged at £15 per hour for the small rooms and £20 for the large room. There are casual seating areas around reception at both ground and first floors and also seating in all three courtyards.
Service Bills
 We produce one invoice a month for charges in arrears for telephone and services (photocopying, fax machine, franking, couriers, stationery, and conference room). We take a two month deposit which is refundable when you stop using Worlds End Studios' services. All charges are subject to VAT.

Parking

 Parking meters are in plentiful supply along both sections of Lots Road. Close by Chelsea Harbour provides parking for up to 48 hours. Bicycles can be locked in our courtyards and there is a motorbike bay in Tetcott Road. Motorbikes and cars are not permitted in the courtyards.
Parties
 Each year we arrange two parties for the building, one in the summer for everyone's clients and friends and another at Christmas, which Worlds End Studios holds for those in the building.
